Pomegranate and Citrus Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup orange juice

1 tsp sugar

dash black pepper

3 cups broccoli florets (about 8 oz) coarsely chopped

1 med orange sectioned (about 1 cup)

3/4 cup pomegranate seeds (from 1 pomegranate) or craisins

1/3 cup roasted sunflower seeds

2 tablespoons sliced red onion

Directions

In a large serving bowl, mix mayonnaise, orange juice, sugar, salt & pepper.
Add all remaining ingredients & toss until well-coated. Refrigerate.

May make a day ahead.
